PHP 8 support
PHP 8 is scheduled to be released November 26, 2020. There is active work being done to ensure WordPress is compatible. It would be nice if we could test using Local.
Set filepath for sites
Allowing a site to have a configurable DocumentRoot would be greatly beneficial, some times it makes sense to have the files, and Local, in two different locations. For example, you may have your projects in a dedicated projects folder, or maybe your setup uses a subfolder of the project as the public root (think the Bedrock framework for example).

Group sites in folder in sidebar

Use site favicon in sidebar
The favicon could make sorting through sites much easier. Local could cache the current theme path and whether a favicon exists there or was set in WordPress.
Sync latest database from server
Would be really helpful if we can fetch/sync latest database from/to the live server.

Collapse all directories in file overview when pushing/pulling a site.
When pushing or pulling a site (to WP Engine) all directories are open by default. This means the list is very long and I need to first close all directories before I can find the files/directories I am looking to push/pull. Would be great if the directories would be collapsed when the files are loaded...
