Connect to remote FTP/MySQL server
I see all these requests for connecting to Hoster XYZ, but what would give the user the ultimate control is to implement a FTP and remote MySQL connection, that allows me to upload the developed site directly via FTP to my client. So every site should have a setting to set a remote FTP server and a remote MySQL server, where I can push my site/changes to the site to.

Pull only database so Git can continue to version files.
Request from WPE Support: If we had a way of only syncing the database while using Local this would allow Git to work alongside it so they get both advantages. Versioning files, while also allowing customers to deploy database changes without 1) contacting support, 2) logging in via SSH, importing, search & replacing etc. If we could push/pull only the database everything else is handled for them. It should be a pretty big QOL improvement.
Sync latest database from server
Would be really helpful if we can fetch/sync latest database from/to the live server.

Using Local for other CMS
Being able to use Local to set up other CMS installs in a more direct or automatic manner would be incredible. You can certainly do it now but it's clunky and a bit of a pain. I've been working a bit more with clients using Craft and a couple of others. Thanks!
